대퇴골 두 무혈성 괴사 환자에서 다발성 천공술 후 자가 ADSVF(3mL)를 대퇴골 두 내 주입하는 이중맹검 무작위 대조 임상연구이다. 고관절 전치환술 빈도 감소 및 MRI상 괴사 병변 변화를 관찰한다.

선정 기준

Subjects with non-traumatic femoral head avascular necrosis who consent to this study; No prior core decompression/trepanation; Collapse depth <2mm or pre-collapse; >30% necrosis; Age 18-70, both genders

제외 기준

Collapse depth >=2mm; Prior decompression/trepanation treatments; Osteoporosis medications; Immunosuppressants/cytotoxic agents; Continuous corticosteroids; MRI contraindications; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Active infections (HIV, hepatitis); Serious comorbidities; Recent trial participation within 3 months
