중증 이상 파행 또는 궤양을 동반한 말초동맥질환 환자에서 자가 혈액으로 제조한 iPSC 유래 내피세포(hiPSC-ECs)를 무릎 아래 근육 내 주사(20~30회)하여 안전성과 내약성, ABI 개선 효과를 평가하는 단일기관 최초 임상연구이다.

선정 기준

Patients aged 19 years or older with lower extremity artery disease (Rutherford classification 3-6); Able to provide consent; Adequate organ function per specified lab values; Life expectancy exceeding 1 year

제외 기준

Recent lower extremity procedures within 1 month; Active infections or uncontrolled systemic diseases; Investigational drugs within 3 months; Malignancy history within 5 years; Current immunosuppressive/chemotherapy/radiotherapy; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Prior cell therapy participation; Investigator-deemed unsuitability
