HER2+ 위암/위식도접합부암 환자에서 AB-201(동종 제대혈 유래 GCC2003 CAR-NK)을 림프구고갈 후 단회 정맥주사하며 3단계 용량증량(5×10⁵~5×10⁶ cells/kg)으로 안전성과 내약성을 평가한다.
선정 기준
Males or females >=19 years; ECOG 0-1; Expected survival >=3 months; Histologically confirmed HER2-expressed gastric/GEJ cancer >=IHC 1+ within 36 months; Advanced/unresectable or metastatic HER2+ gastric/GEJ cancer refractory to or intolerable of standard treatment; Prior >=2 systemic therapies per NCCN guidelines; IHC 3+ or IHC 2+/ISH+ must have received HER2-targeting therapy; Adequate treatment washout period; Measurable or evaluable disease per RECIST v1.1; Oxygen saturation >=92%; LVEF >=50%; Adequate hematologic/renal/hepatic function
제외 기준
Active CNS metastases unless sustained remission >=3 months; Other malignancy within 5 years (with exceptions); Clinically significant cardiac disease (unstable angina/MI within 6 months, NYHA class II-IV, LVEF <50%, uncontrolled arrhythmia/hypertension, valvular disease); Unresolved toxicities from prior therapy; Uncontrolled systemic infections; Active HBV or HCV (with exceptions); Live vaccine during treatment; Hypersensitivity to cyclophosphamide or fludarabine; Inadequate contraception; Pregnant/lactating; CNS disorders (seizures, cerebrovascular events, dementia, PRES, autoimmune with CNS involvement); Any condition deemed inappropriate by investigator
