양성 종양 절제 후 연부조직 결손이 있는 환자에서 자가 SVF+지방이식 복합 치료로 결손 부위를 회복하고 24주 후 부피 유지율(%)과 대칭성을 평가하는 다기관 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
A person who has undergone excision of a benign tumor in a commonly exposed body part (skull, face, limbs) with soft tissue defect measuring 2-12 cm in diameter requiring reconstructive treatment; Age minimum 19 years, both genders
제외 기준
Uncorrected blood coagulation disorders (Platelet<50000, PT(INR)>2); Long-term immunosuppressants or corticosteroids >=3 months; Pregnant/lactating women or unwilling to use contraception; Malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy; Soft tissue defects without functional problems deemed cosmetic; Insufficient fat tissue (<50 cc); Other clinical trial participation within 6 months (device) or 30 days (pharmaceutical); Deemed unsuitable by researchers
