소아청소년 조혈모세포이식 후 거대세포바이러스(CMV), EBV, BK 바이러스에 저항성 또는 불응성 감염 환자에서 다중 바이러스 특이적 T세포(LB-DTK-MV)를 저용량(1×10⁷) 또는 고용량(2×10⁷ cells/m²)으로 2회 정맥 투여하여 안전성과 바이러스 부하 감소를 평가한다.
선정 기준
Pediatric, adolescent, or young adult patients aged 1-25 years who have undergone allogeneic HSCT and have CMV, EBV, or BKV viral infections resistant/refractory to standard treatment; Evidence of neutrophil engraftment; Day +21 post-transplant status; Complete donor chimerism; Ability to taper steroids; Voluntary consent; Eligibility based on screening assessments
제외 기준
Receipt of ATG, Campath (Alemtuzumab), or other T cell immunosuppressive monoclonal antibody within 28 days; Uncontrolled organ failure or infections; Recent transplantation/DLI within 28 days; Active acute GvHD grade >=2; Active malignancy; Investigator-deemed unsuitability
