베체트장염 환자를 대상으로 대장내시경을 통해 오가노이드 기반 자가 장상피 유래 줄기세포치료제(ATORM-C)를 궤양 기저부위에 단회 도포하여 장상피장벽기능 회복 여부와 안전성을 평가하고, 26주간 추적관찰을 통해 궤양의 영구적 또는 일시적 개선 지속성을 탐색한다.
선정 기준
19 years of age or older; Severe Behcet enteritis treated with anti-TNF-alpha for over 1 year; Intestinal ulcer >10mm measurable by colonoscopy; Ulcer size stable; Informed consent to participate
제외 기준
Suspected or indeterminate colitis; Autoimmune diseases other than Behcet; Serious complications requiring surgery; Malignant tumors; Bowel resection within 6 months or abdominal surgery within 3 months; Recent infectious disease; Contraindications to colonoscopy; Hypersensitivity to bovine protein or fibrin glue; Pregnancy/lactation; Inadequate contraception plans; Recent clinical trial participation within 30 days; Communication inability
