무릎 골관절염 환자에서 MIUChon(iPSC 유래 연골세포집합체, 4700 cells/5mL)을 관절강 내 단회 주사하고, 이상반응(AE, SAE) 발생률과 WOMAC 점수 변화를 탐색하는 최초 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
Aged 20-64 years; Patients with knee osteoarthritis meeting ACR criteria; Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2-3; Experiencing symptoms despite conservative treatment; Voluntarily provided written consent
제외 기준
Spine/lower limb diseases affecting index knee; Lower limb surgery within 6 months; Joint symptoms affecting efficacy assessment; Corticosteroid injection within 3 months; Hyaluronic acid injection within 6 months; Prior cell/gene therapy; Abnormal liver/kidney function tests; Concurrent clinical study participation; Psychoactive drug use; Women of childbearing potential without contraception; Pregnant/breastfeeding; Malignancy within 5 years; Significant diseases requiring treatment; Other conditions deemed inappropriate
