재발성 복잡 치루 환자 대상으로 자가 기질혈관분획(SVF)+지방 혼합체를 누공 내 주사하여 창상 치유(3개월) 및 재발률(1년)을 평가한다.
선정 기준
Patients with complex perianal fistulas difficult to cure with conventional treatment; Complex perianal fistula with poor wound healing >6 months due to repeated surgery; Patients concerned about fecal incontinence from additional surgery; Refractory Crohn fistula; Adults aged 20+ who understand and voluntarily participate, can be followed for at least 1 year
제외 기준
Elderly patients over 80 years; Patients with chronic diseases who cannot stop medication for 2 weeks; Chronic anemia or malignant blood disease; Reduced liver function due to liver disease; Inflammatory diseases and chronic underlying conditions; Unable to follow-up for more than 1 year or who do not wish to participate
