확장병기 소세포폐암의 표준 1차 항암면역치료(ACE 요법) 종료 후 질병 진행이 없는 환자에서 아테졸리주맙 유지요법에 자가 NK세포(Vax-NK/HCC) 공고요법을 추가하는 것의 유효성 및 안전성을 평가한다. 현재 표준치료의 PFS 중앙값(5.2개월)과 비교한다.

선정 기준

Histologically or cytologically confirmed extensive stage small cell lung cancer with no tumor progression after 4 cycles of first-line chemoimmunotherapy, age 19+, ECOG performance score <=2, specified blood test requirements

제외 기준

Non-small cell lung cancer; Disease progression after 2 cycles of chemoimmunotherapy; Incomplete primary treatment; Untreated brain metastasis; Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; Active infections; Autoimmune disease; Pregnancy/lactation without proper contraception
