재발성·불응성 원발 또는 2차 중추신경계 림프종 환자에서 Anbalcabtagene autoleucel(자가 anti-CD19 CAR-T)을 림프구고갈 후 단회 정맥주사(최대 2×10⁸ cells)하여 최선반응률(BOR)을 평가하는 Pilot 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
Aged 19+ who voluntarily agree and provide written consent; Patients with recurrent/refractory B-cell lymphoma confirmed histologically per 2017 WHO classification with CNS involvement; Failed or intolerant to high-dose methotrexate; Must provide tumor tissue; ECOG <=2; Appropriate renal/liver/hematologic function; LVEF >=50%; Adequate cells for Anbal-cel manufacturing; Expected survival >=12 weeks; Agreement to use contraception for >=12 months post-administration
제외 기준
History of allogeneic HSCT; Other malignancies within 3 years; Unstable angina/MI within 12 months; Thromboembolism/PE/bleeding diatheses within 6 months; Hypoxia, clinically significant pleural effusion, or abnormal EKG within 6 months; Known HIV positive; Active neurological autoimmune/inflammatory diseases; Recurrent ventricular tachycardia or rapid atrial fibrillation within 3 months; Rapidly progressing disease; Major surgery within 4 weeks; Severe active infections; Recent investigational drug within 4 weeks; Pregnant/breastfeeding; Drug hypersensitivity
