재발성·불응성 CD19+ B세포 급성림프모구백혈병 소아청소년 환자(5개 기관)에서 병원생산 CD19 CAR-T를 단회 정맥주사(림프구고갈 후)하여 무사건생존율(3년) 및 안전성을 평가하는 다기관 임상연구이다.

선정 기준

Individuals under age 25 at treatment; Confirmed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with CD19 expression; Hematologic complete remission after first/second-line chemotherapy; Eligible for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

제외 기준

Prior hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; Inadequate leukapheresis product; HIV infection; Uncontrolled active infections; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Clinically inappropriate per investigator judgment
