조기난소부전 환자에서 자가 복부 지방에서 추출한 SVF(~5×10⁶ cells)와 PRP를 혼합하여 양측 난소에 단회 경질 초음파 유도 주사하고, 52주간 이상반응과 혈청 호르몬 변화(FSH, AMH, E2)를 평가한다.

선정 기준

Women aged 20 to 40 years with a need for childbirth; Diagnosed with premature ovarian failure with FSH >=25 mIU/mL; AMH <=1.1 ng/mL; Menstrual cessation or menorrhagia >=4 months; Women with uterus and bilateral adnexa; Voluntary informed consent

제외 기준

Autoimmune diseases; Severe diseases unsuitable for pregnancy; Systemic glucocorticoids/immunosuppressants >3 weeks in 6 months; History of malignancy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; Pregnancy or breastfeeding; Enrollment in other trials; Deemed unsuitable by investigators
