재발성·불응성 CD19+ 미만성 거대 B세포 림프종 환자에서 anti-CD19 CAR-T(AT101, humanized)를 단회 정맥주사(림프구고갈 후)하여 이상반응 및 반응률을 평가하는 탐색적 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
Adult age >18; Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma based on WHO classification 2017; Progression after anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy; CD19 expression of biopsy after anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy; One or more measurable lesion by Lugano 2014; ECOG performance status <=2; Adequate hematological, kidney, liver, lung, heart and bone marrow function; Minimum life expectancy of 12 weeks or more; Negative pregnancy test in women; Voluntarily agreed in writing
제외 기준
History of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; Hypersensitivity to AT101/cyclophosphamide/fludarabine or tocilizumab; Cannot take autologous blood; Chemotherapy or radiotherapy within two weeks prior to IP administration; Not recovered from previous treatment (CTCAE grade >1); Conditions affecting safety and validation during trial; Childbearing women or men without effective contraception; Other IP/ID within 4 weeks of screening; Alcohol and/or medication addiction; Unfit or unable to participate as judged by PI
