새롭게 진단된 교모세포종 환자에서 유전자변형 MSC(MSC11FCD, 자살유전자 발현)를 뇌내 단회 투여하여 내약성 및 안전성(DLT)을 평가하는 탐색적 임상연구이다. 투여 후 12개월까지 추적관찰한다.

선정 기준

Adults aged 19 to 70 years; Patients diagnosed with glioblastoma; Expected survival of at least 3 months; Not receiving other immunotherapy; Written informed consent

제외 기준

Recurrent glioblastoma; DPD deficiency; MRI contraindications; Gliadel wafer implantation; Severe organ dysfunction; Concurrent malignancies or prior cancer within 5 years; Uncontrolled blood pressure; Severe infections; KPS score <50; CNS autoimmune diseases; Flucytosine/5-FU allergies; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Recent clinical trial participation within 30 days; Investigator-deemed unsuitability
