진행성 췌장암 환자에서 mFOLFIRINOX 3주기 후 SD 이상 유지 환자를 대상으로 자가 NK세포(VCB-1102/Vax-NK)를 추가 병용(4주 1주기, 매일 1회 3일)하여 무진행생존기간(PFS) 개선을 평가하는 단일군 임상연구이다.

선정 기준

Histologically or cytologically diagnosed pancreatic adenocarcinoma; Age 19-75 years; Stable/partial/complete response after 3 cycles of mFOLFIRINOX; Adequate organ function; ECOG 0-1; Life expectancy >6 months; Written consent

제외 기준

Prior chemotherapy/immunotherapy; CNS metastases; Drug allergies; Peripheral neuropathy; Autoimmune disease; Active infection; Hepatitis B/C (with exceptions); Pregnancy/nursing; Severe diarrhea; Bowel obstruction; Interstitial pneumonia; Jaundice; Dialysis; Concurrent St. John Wort or atazanavir
