만성 방사선 직장염 환자 대상으로 ATORM-C(자가 장상피 유래 줄기세포)를 내시경 통해 단회 도포하고, 투여 후 4주, 12주, 24주의 안전성 및 궤양 크기/수축률 변화를 평가한다(고려대 일산불교병원).

선정 기준

Adult men and women 19 years of age or older who received prior pelvic radiation therapy (>3 months prior); Diagnosed with radiation colitis; Endoscopic score >=3; Written informed consent

제외 기준

Active inflammatory bowel disease; Colorectal/rectal cancer history; Structural anorectal abnormalities; Stage 4 pelvic malignancy; Uncontrolled coagulation disorder; Severe renal/liver/cardiac disease; Severe infection; Pregnancy/lactation; Hypersensitivity to fibrin glue components; Participation in other clinical studies within 24 weeks
