회전근개 대-광범위파열 봉합술 시 자가 복부 지방에서 채취한 SVF(4.2~6.0×10⁷ cells)를 봉합 부위에 적용하여 6개월 후 재파열 발생을 대조군(봉합 단독)과 비교하는 임상연구이다.

선정 기준

Men and women between 20 and 80 years of age with rotator cuff tear requiring surgical repair

제외 기준

Complete suturing impossible; History of trauma such as fracture in the relevant shoulder joint or previous surgery; Rheumatoid arthritis or degenerative osteoarthritis; Neurological disorders affecting the shoulder joint; Confirmed pregnancy or breastfeeding; Previous abdominal liposuction or any type of ascites surgery; Communication problems or unable to understand evaluation questions; Not wanting to participate or difficult to visit hospital per schedule; Deemed unsuitable by research director
