행동변이 전두측두치매(bvFTD), 의미변이원발진행실어증(svPPA), 비유창변이원발진행실어증(nfvPPA) 환자를 대상으로 오마야리저버를 통해 ET-STEM(에티오나마이드 처리 탯줄유래 MSC)을 뇌실내 3×10⁷/2mL로 4주 간격 3회 투여 후 안전성 및 잠재적 유효성을 평가한다.

선정 기준

Korean male or female at 40-85 years of age; Diagnosis of one of 3 FTD subtypes; K-MMSE >= 10; Trusted caregivers; Negative amyloid PET; Informed consent

제외 기준

Dementia from other causes; Psychological disorders; Uncontrolled hypertension/hypotension/diabetes/thyroid disease; Cancer; Bleeding disorders; Childbearing women without contraception; Pregnant/lactating; Stroke within 3 months; Substance/alcohol abuse; Contraindications for imaging; Abnormal labs; Active lung disease; Hepatitis B/C positive; Investigator-deemed unsuitable
