복수를 동반한 간경변증 환자를 대상으로 자가 골수유래 MSC의 간문맥 내 주입(2회, 6개월 간격)의 안전성과 복수 개선 효과를 이중맹검 무작위 대조 설계로 평가한다.
선정 기준
Patients with liver cirrhosis above Child-Pugh score 7, with ascites; Age 19-70; Patients who could be accessed to hepatic artery by catheterization; Women with negative pregnancy test planning contraception; Patients able to follow study guidelines and agree to informed consent
제외 기준
Solid cancer diagnosis in 5 years; TIPS history; Significant alcohol consumption or hepatotoxic agents; Hepatitis B or C virus detection; High-dose steroids, antibiotics for severe infection, or immunosuppressants at screening; Traumatic history in 3 months; Severe aplastic anemia; Liver transplant history; Active autoimmune hepatitis; Active portal/hepatic vein thrombosis; Unable to undergo bone marrow aspiration; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Clinical trial participation in 30 days; Prior cell therapy
