회전근개 대파열 복원술 시 탯줄유래 MSC를 봉합 부위에 병용(실험군) vs 봉합 단독(대조군)으로 이중군 평행설계로 비교하여 12개월 후 재파열율과 이상반응을 평가한다(고려대 안암병원, 보라매병원 2개 기관).
선정 기준
Male and female adults aged 19 years or older; Unilateral shoulder pain with pain score >=4; Symptoms persisting >3 months not responding to conventional treatments; Diagnosed with full-thickness rotator cuff tear classified as massive or extensive tear confirmed by imaging
제외 기준
Small or medium full-thickness rotator cuff tears; Subacromial injection in affected shoulder within 3 months; Rotator cuff surgery on affected shoulder within 6 months; Malignant tumor, severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis, or bony abnormalities; Symptomatic cervical spine disorders; Bilateral shoulder pain; Multiple arthritis, infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or fibromyalgia; Neurological deficit; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; HBV, HCV, HIV infection or positive RPR; Severe cardiovascular, kidney, liver disease, endocrine disorders, or tumors; Communication difficulties
