후방 요추체간 유합술 시 자가 SVF를 케이지(cage)에 충전하여 골유합에 미치는 영향을 전향적 관찰연구로 평가한다. 6개월 후 3D-CT 기반 골유합율을 1차 평가변수로 한다.

선정 기준

Patients requiring posterior lumbar interbody fusion surgery with 1 or 2 segments due to degenerative lumbar disease

제외 기준

Acute infectious diseases; Bleeding diseases; Pregnant, lactating, or of childbearing age without contraception agreement; Malignant tumor diagnosis; Participation in other research within 4 weeks; Deemed unsuitable by investigator
