1차 이상 표준항암 실패 전이성 췌장암 환자에서 자가 골수유래 수지상세포(CellgramDC-WT1)와 면역관문억제제(pembrolizumab) 병용(3주 간격, 반복)의 안전성 및 유효성을 평가한다.
선정 기준
19 or older and under 80; Histologically confirmed recurrent/metastatic pancreatic cancer; Disease progression per RECIST v1.1 after standard chemotherapy; ECOG 0-2; At least one measurable lesion per RECIST v1.1; No surgery/radiotherapy/immunotherapy within 4 weeks and recovered from side effects; Agreed to use medically recognized contraception; Can conduct clinical research per plan; Voluntarily agreed in writing
제외 기준
Malignant tumors other than non-melanoma skin cancer in last 3 years; Prior anti-tumor immunotherapy or related clinical studies; Active autoimmune diseases requiring systemic immunosuppression; History of organ or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; Acute or chronic infections requiring systemic treatment; HIV positive; Active hepatitis A, B or C; Untreated syphilis; Live virus vaccine within 30 days; Pregnant or breastfeeding; Deemed not suitable for clinical research
