난치성 기관 결손 환자에게 생체고분자 및 하이드로젤과 점막 및 연골 조직 재생이 가능한 세포를 3D 바이오프린팅 기술에 적용하여 3차원 환자 맞춤형 바이오프린팅 기관을 이식하고 전향적으로 유효성 및 안전성을 관찰하고자 한다.
선정 기준
Patients who requires partial or segmental resection of trachea for the treatment of trachea diseases such as congenital tracheomalacia and traumatic tracheal stenosis, or invading the trachea due to the progression of thyroid cancer. Patients who are expected to have functional disorders such as respiratory failure or permanent tracheostomy due to the impossibility of reconstruction of the trachea defect.
제외 기준
Pregnant or lactating women; Those who have had surgery around the thyroid gland or airway before screening; Patients with residual inflammation in the tissues around the thyroid gland or airways; Patients with systemic inflammatory disease; People at high risk of general anesthesia due to liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease; Patients with sepsis; Patients with a predisposition to bleeding; Those who have had radiation treatment to the head/neck area; Those who have used other clinical trial drugs within 3 months; Patients with a history of cell therapy; Patients with malignant tumors other than thyroid cancer; Persons judged inappropriate to participate
