급성 심근경색 환자에서 앤지오포이에틴-1로 강화한 자가 말초혈액 줄기세포(MagicCell-6)를 G-CSF 동원·채집 후 관상동맥 내 주입하여 6개월 후 심장 기능(LVEF) 개선을 평가한다.

선정 기준

Acute (within 4 weeks) Myocardial Infarction and successful percutaneous coronary intervention with TIMI III blood flow and residual lesion stenosis <30%; Ages 19-80, both genders

제외 기준

End-stage heart failure; Uncontrolled ischemia; Ventricular arrhythmia; Malignant tumors; Serious infections; Blood disorders; Kidney failure (Cr >2.0mg/dL); Pregnancy/lactation; Concurrent clinical trial participation
