근치적 췌장절제술을 받은 췌장암 환자에서 표준 보조항암요법과 자가 NK세포(AKC) 병용 투여의 안전성과 항암 활성 회복 가능성을 탐색한다. NK세포를 2주 간격 6회 정맥 투여하고 재발률 및 2년 무재발생존율을 관찰한다.
선정 기준
Histologically or cytologically confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma after radical resection, pathologically confirmed stage 1-3 (AJCC 8th edition), age 19+, ECOG <=2, adequate bone marrow/liver/renal function, written consent, females with negative pregnancy test
제외 기준
Unrecovered pancreatectomy complications; Distant metastasis; Prior chemotherapy/radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer; Cancer history within 3 years; Concurrent clinical trial participation; Pregnancy/lactation; Active viral/HIV/serious infections; Autoimmune disease treatment; Immunosuppressive drugs within 4 weeks; Severe cardiac disease
