재발성 난소암 환자에서 자가 TIL 세포치료제를 단회 정맥주사하여 안전성을 평가하고, 객관적 반응률(ORR)과 무진행생존기간(PFS)을 탐색한다.
선정 기준
Female aged 20-75 years; Recurrent ovarian cancer; Written informed consent; Histologic/cytologic diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer (high-grade serous carcinoma); At least one measurable lesion per RECIST criteria; Tumor lesion >=2x2 cm for biopsy/surgery; Adequate bone marrow, liver, renal, and coagulation function; ECOG-PS <=2; Negative pregnancy test; No prior immunotherapy; Willing to comply with protocol
제외 기준
Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; Immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases; HIV positive; Chronic active hepatitis B/C without antiviral treatment; History of severe allergies; Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; Pregnant/breastfeeding females unable to use contraception; Serious medical/psychiatric conditions; History of significant non-cancer bleeding disorders; Participation in another clinical trial within 4 weeks
