샤르코마리투스병 1E 환자에서 동종 탯줄유래 MSC(EN001)를 정맥으로 2회(6개월 간격) 투여하여 안전성과 신경전도 속도 개선 등 잠재적 유효성을 탐색한다.
선정 기준
Voluntarily agreed to participate; Aged >=19 years; Genetic/clinical CMT1E diagnosis with CMTNS score >=2 and foot dorsiflexion weakness; Those using appropriate contraception
제외 기준
Comorbidities including other neuromuscular diseases, diabetes, active tuberculosis, uncontrolled hypertension, significant organ disease, or malignancy; Abnormal lab values (AST/ALT >3x ULN, bilirubin >1.5x ULN, creatinine >1.5x ULN); Recent orthopedic surgery, stroke, coronary artery disease, or malignant tumor history; Concurrent immunosuppressants, chemotherapy, radiation, prior stem cell/gene therapy, neurotoxic drugs, or metal implants; Hypersensitivity to EN001; Pregnancy/lactation; Psychiatric disorders or substance abuse history
