척수 손상(AIS-A~C, 손상 6개월 이내) 환자 6명을 대상으로 말초신경 유래 성체줄기세포 미세구(PNS-MSC)를 척수 손상 중심부에 단회 경막내 주사하여 안전성을 평가하며, 수술 후 1~72주까지 17개월간 추적관찰한다.
선정 기준
Patient or substitute agreed with written consent; 19 years old; Females with negative pregnancy tests and acceptable contraception; Patients able to receive trial medication within 180 days of spinal cord injury with confirmed ASIA-A to C classification at C4-C7 level
제외 기준
Spinal cord injury caused by penetrating injuries such as gunshot or stab wound; Complete cord transection; Long segments; Prior cell therapy; Coagulopathy; Active infection; Malignant tumor history; Immunodeficiency; Abnormal labs (Serum Cr >1.5, liver dysfunction, low blood counts); Uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes; Hepatitis B or C; HIV; Drug abuse; Unstable psychiatric disease; Allergies to immunosuppressants; Inability to perform physical therapy or general anesthesia
