재태연령 28주 이하 극소 미숙아 중 조기 폐동맥 고혈압(PAH) 진단 환자에서 뉴모스템®(동종 제대혈유래 MSC, 2.0×10⁷ cells/kg)을 기관내 단회 투여하여 PAH 호전 여부와 BPD, ROP, 뇌 손상 발생을 평가하는 개념 증명 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
Premature infants within 2 weeks of birth with gestational age <=28 weeks or birth weight <1250g requiring continuous invasive mechanical ventilation; Diagnosed with early pulmonary arterial hypertension up to 14 days after birth with specified echocardiographic findings or nitric oxide therapy; Age 1-14 days, both genders
제외 기준
Cyanotic congenital heart defects (excluding patent ductus arteriosus); Severe pulmonary malformations; Recent surgery; Prior surfactant within 24 hours; Chromosomal abnormalities accompanied by severe malformations; Severe congenital infectious diseases; Severe sepsis or shock; Participation in other regenerative medicine studies; Deemed inappropriate by investigator
