SARS-CoV-2 PCR 양성이 21일 이상 지속되는 COVID-19 장기감염 환자를 대상으로 자가 혈액 유래 COVID-19 항원 특이적 T세포를 2회(2주 간격) 정맥 투여하여 안전성과 임상적 호전(WHO ordinal scale 1점 이상 개선)을 평가한다.
선정 기준
19 years old or older; COVID-19 diagnosed with positive RT-PCR result 21 days or older from first symptom/confirmation; Among patients, those with severe immunosuppression; Patients refractory to standard of care (steroids, immunosuppressants); Expected survival >3 months; Voluntarily signed informed consent
제외 기준
Severe symptoms (WHO ordinal scale >=7: invasive mechanical ventilation or ECMO, ARDS, shock, multiple organ failure); Uncontrolled lung disease other than COVID-19 pneumonia; Pregnant/lactating women without appropriate contraceptive measures; Active infection or fever of unknown etiology; Age under 19; HIV infection, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, poorly controlled diabetes; Mental disorders, drug addiction; Participating in other clinical studies; Judged inappropriate by principal investigator; Other serious medical conditions
