안구함몰 환자 대상으로 자가 SVF(0.2mL)+히알루론산(0.8mL) 혼합 주사(실험군)와 히알루론산 단독 주사(대조군)를 이중맹검 블록 무작위배정으로 비교하여 안구 돌출도 및 안와 용적 변화를 평가한다.

선정 기준

Adults aged 19 to under 70 with enophthalmos from trauma/surgery/eye disease; Axial shortening >1mm on CT; Signed informed consent for Restylane treatment

제외 기준

Congenital enophthalmos; Contraindications to local anesthesia; Eye surgery within 3 months; Unsuitability for stromal vascular fraction injection; Drug abuse history; Cognitive impairment; Concurrent clinical trial participation; Recent ocular/systemic drug trials within 6 months; Pregnancy/breastfeeding; Conditions interfering with protocol compliance
