만성 방사선 직장염 환자를 대상으로 임상연구용 의약품 ATORM-C(자가 장상피 유래 줄기세포)를 내시경을 통해 병변 부위에 단회 도포하고, 투여 후 4주, 12주, 24주의 방문을 통해 안전성 및 궤양 크기 변화를 평가한다.
선정 기준
Male and female adults 19 years of age or older; Prior pelvis radiation therapy (>3 months before screening); Diagnosed with radiation proctitis with confirmed rectal ulcers; Written informed consent
제외 기준
Crohn Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or Infectious Colitis; Colon or rectal cancer; Structural anus abnormalities; Mental illness history; HIV/hepatitis B or C positive; Abnormal screening results; Pregnant/lactating; Childbearing potential without contraception plans; Cow protein/fibrin glue hypersensitivity; Participation in other clinical studies within 24 weeks; Researcher-deemed unsuitable
