새롭게 진단된 교모세포종 환자에서 동시 방사선항암요법과 자가 활성화 혼합 림프구(CLZ-3002) 12회(주 3회) 정맥 병용 투여의 2년 전체생존율 개선 효과를 평가하는 단일군 임상연구이다.
선정 기준
Voluntarily decided to participate with written consent; Aged 19-70; Newly diagnosed supratentorial glioblastoma (IDH-wild type); ECOG score <=2; Scheduled for CCRT after surgery
제외 기준
Recurrent glioblastoma; Leptomeningeal dissemination; Biopsy-only cases; Prior Gliadel wafer or brachytherapy; Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease within 3 months; Severe renal/hepatic impairment; Uncontrolled DVT/PE; Uncontrolled diabetes; Immunodeficiency; Chronic autoimmune disease; Abnormal blood counts; Prior malignancy within 3 years; Active infections (hepatitis B/C, HIV, syphilis); Hypersensitivity to CLZ-3002 or temozolomide; Contraindicated medications
